Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we do accept returns according to the below conditions, provided the original product is received back to us within 14 days of purchase. Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.

To process a return, please email us at hello@skingoodies.com.au and quote your order number.

Once returned products have been received, a refund will be processed via the same method by which you made the purchase. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

RETURNS DUE TO A REACTION

The products we stock are medical grade and it is important to always use products as directed on the label. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us on 0490 049 799 or hello@skingoodies.com.au. 

1) Notify us immediately should a reaction occur and provide proof (photos will suffice).

2) We will authorise the return and provide a return label.

3) Once we receive the product back, we will process the refund or supply an alternate product up to the same value of the original purchase. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Whilst we do our best, unfortunately mistakes can happen. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

1) We require photos as proof of the damage or incorrect product.

2) We will authorise the return and provide a return label.

3) Once we receive the damaged or incorrect product, we will process the refund or supply a replacement. 

CHANGE OF MIND

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind unless agreed otherwise. Please contact us to discuss.
